FAPE – Te Ora Naho

FAPE, also known as Te Ora Naho, is the Federation of Environmental Protection Associations in French Polynesia.
Active since 1987, FAPE – Te Ora Naho today brings together nearly 60 associations working to preserve ecosystems throughout Polynesia.

The Tahitian name Te Ora Naho means “life in harmony with nature”. This maxim reflects FAPE – Te Ora Naho’s commitment to promoting sustainable development that respects biodiversity and local cultures.

Thanks to its numerous member associations, FAPE – Te Ora Naho federates a variety of initiatives and ensures local representativeness, while maintaining a constructive dialogue with economic and institutional players.
