Getting here and getting around

The atoll of Rangiroa is situated 350 km northeast of Tahiti and is just a one-hour flight from the capital. The airport is on the main motu, Avatoru. If you’re staying on a different motu, be sure to arrange transportation upon arrival, as there are no passenger ferries. In Avatoru, you can hire a taxi or rent a car, motor scooter, or bike for getting around.
